1-Systematical Study
It includes the business analysis of the organizational structure, the business environment, the competencies and the behavior of individuals through questionnaires, surveys and information gathering techniques. This is a major input to the process of analyzing business needs.
2-Business Need Analysis
It includes the study and analysis of organizational study, work environment, functional tasks and personnel skills to find administrative gaps.
3-Assessment
These include evaluating the organization through its competitive positioning among competitors and finding out its share volume of the target market to submit development proposals. This is considered an optional step to develop the corporate in terms of its competitive positioning and increase its sales and gain more shares of the market
4-Hiatus Diagnosis & Analysis
In these process, the organizational, technical and human skills gaps are identified and analyzed to cover out the business needs.
5-Implementation & Execution
After identifying the business needs, a preliminary scope statement is developed and submitted to the customer for approval to start executing
